Fresh-Roasted Shipping

Every order is roasted, packaged, and shipped from Expression Coffee Co. in Vero Beach, Florida.

Processing time

Because we roast in small batches, most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Our goal is to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible while allowing a short resting period after roasting for optimal flavor.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size and destination.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Current free-shipping thresholds are displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Coffee is a perishable product, so we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 days or more, contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment and work toward a resolution.
