Some mornings deserve more than just coffee—they deserve a moment to slow down.
Our Sunday Morning Blend was created to capture that feeling. This carefully crafted blend combines the rich chocolate notes of Colombian coffee, the sweet caramel and gentle fruit of Honduras SHG COMSA, and the silky body of Bolivian specialty coffee into one exceptionally balanced cup.
Roasted in small batches at Expression Coffee Co., this blend delivers comforting flavors of milk chocolate, brown sugar, toasted almonds, and caramel, with a delicate touch of citrus brightness that keeps each sip lively without overpowering the smooth finish.
Whether you’re sharing breakfast with family, relaxing on the porch, or enjoying a quiet morning before the day begins, Sunday Morning is designed to be the coffee you’ll look forward to brewing again and again.

What makes it so good? The fundamentals: traceability to the Marcala region, which is a protected designation of origin (DENOMINACION DE ORIGEN CAFE DE MARCALA); meticulous post-harvest hand sorting of cherry; cherry floating to remove less dense beans; proper fermentation; long drying times; and a healthy dose of the COMSA philosophy and training.

bolivia-yungas
Bolivia Organic FT Yungas Bio Arabica Coop FW SHG EP
Bolivia Yungas Mountain coffee originates from the eastern Andes slopes in the Yungas region—specifically around Caranavi, Coroico, and Palos Blancos—at elevations typically between 1200 and 1700m, though the broader region spans 600–2000m. Grown under shade in biodiverse forested terrain with rich volcanic soils and abundant rainfall (1900 mm annually) combined with moderate temperatures (15–25 °C), this environment nurtures dense, slow-maturing Arabica beans.
